The fitted galley kitchen includes a gas cooker, microwave oven and fridge with ice making compartment.

The double bedroom has 4' bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, table lamps and radiator.
The bathroom has a bath, toilet, handbasin, shaver point and radiator.

Electricity is by £1 coin meter. Central heating, hot water, gas for the cooker and bed linen are included in the rental. This property accepts one dog by prior arrangement. No smoking requested at this property.
