'Chy Barne' cottage is a two storey converted stone barn situated on an arable farm growing herbs and flowers on the outskirts of Gunwalloe village. Located 300 metres off the road with approximately a half-mile walk to the coast, while the sandy beach of Church Cove is only two miles away. Restaurant/bar half a mile, the market town of Helston five miles, Mullion village four miles.

Porch entrance to lounge having beamed ceiling, multi-fuel stove, easy chairs, colour TV, Video recorder and DVD player. Dining room also with beamed ceiling, pine table and chairs, dresser and stable door leading to the kitchen which includes electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Door off the kitchen to the rear enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ stand.

The staircase and third bedroom (bunks) are directly off the lounge. On the first floor the double bedroom has excellent coastal and rural views, twin bedroom with 3' single beds and bathroom having bath with shower over, toilet, handbasin and wall fan heater.

Night storage heating and bedlinen included in the rental. Electricity via £1 coin meter. Off-road parking by cottage for two cars. This property will accept one dog by prior arrangement.
