'Gulls' is situated in an outstanding position overlooking Mullion cliff and Mullion Cove, Cornwall. Only a few minutes away from the coastal footpath and about 1200 metres from the village of Mullion.

The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the first floor. (Please note that the stairs access directly into this bedroom without a door).

The ground floor bedrooms are a double and a single (3' bed). Both bedrooms having built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The ground floor shower room, has shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet and vanity unit.

Stairs off hall open into the first floor master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror, bedside tables and lamps.
En suite bathroom with bath, toilet and vanity unit.

Off-road parking by property for two cars. There is a flight of steps down from the parking area to the garden and bungalow.
Electricity, central heating and bedlinen are included in the rental. You are requested to smoke outside please.
