055 - Brick Cottage - Lizard

'Brick Cottage' is one of the few examples of brick built dwellings at The Lizard, Cornwall, being 160 years old and built entirely of locally made bricks. It stands at the eastern end of the village close to Church Cove. The village shops are only a five minute walk and Lizard Point approximately 20 minutes walk from Brick Cottage.

The semi-detached cottage has fitted kitchen including gas cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Dining room (beamed ceiling) with dining table and chairs plus night storage heater and convector heater. The small sitting room (beamed ceiling) furnished with three-piece suite, colour TV and DVD player with electric heater.

Ground floor bathroom off hallway with electric shower over the bath, handbasin, toilet and night storage heater. The stairs (with optional stair gate) are directly off the dining room to the bedrooms: - Double bedroom with 5' double bed, and a twin room with tv, 3' beds that can be linked to make a 6' super king-size.

Kitchen door to attractive enclosed private courtyard garden with garden furniture, and BBQ area.

Off-road parking for two cars. Rental inclusive of electricity and bedlinen. This property accepts two dogs by prior arrangement. Smoking only permitted outside. Owners live in cottage next door.
