9, Meneth is a detached 2 bedroom self catering holiday bungalow in the creek-side village of Gweek, Cornwall. Offering the flexibility of a further double bedroom in the detached converted garage, 9 Meneth can sleep up to 5 comfortably.
With parking for 2 cars on the driveway, the property is entered through the side door into the fully equipped kitchen. With ceramic floor, dish washer, washing machine, built in electric oven and 4-ring induction hob with extractor over and a large American style fridge freezer with ice-maker in the door.
Bedroom 1 is a large double room with king size 5' bed, built in wardrobes, a dressing table and bed side tables and lamps. En suite is a toilet, hand basin and bidet. Bedroom 2 has a single 3' bed, with bed side table and lamp and a double wardrobe. Large French windows give direct access onto the patio from this bedroom. The luxury main family bathroom has been refurbished with no expense spared! A large double size shower cubicle can be used as a steam room, also with back massage jets and various shower settings. This is matched by the corner Jacuzzi bath and hand basin with vanity unit under, a heated towel rail and shaver point complete the fittings.
The large lounge is open at one end directly to the conservatory. With comfy seating for 5 people in the lounge, TV, DVD and Sky (basic package). The conservatory has further comfy seating for 4/5 people and a dining table and 5 chairs.
A further bedroom is available in the converted garage which is accessed across the rear patio (2 steps). Having a double 4'6'' bed, bed side tables and lamps, dressing table and wardrobe. The patio has lighting, but we do not advise that this bedroom is suitable for the elderly or children.
The rear patio is mostly decked, with garden furniture provided. There is a greenhouse at the bottom so children are to be supervised at all times. Rental includes bed linen, electricity, heating and towels. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement at £25 per week per pet. Regret no smoking.
