Seathrift, at The Old Cellar House on Mullion Harbour, Cornwall is a 1st floor apartment sleeping 5 people. With its own balcony overlooking Mullion Harbour giving magnificent views along the high cliffs and out to Mullion Island.

Accessed via some steps from the rear of the property into the entrance hallway. Bedroom 1 is a double room with 4'6 double bed, bed side tables and lamps and a double wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has three, full size single beds, with bed side tables and lamps, a dressing table and a double wardrobe. The family bathroom has recently been refitted. It is fully tiled and has a bath with electric shower over, matching toilet and hand basin, shaver socket, heated towel rail and extractor fan.

The Lounge enjoys good sea views and has comfortable seating for 5 people, dining table and chairs, TV with Video and DVD player. Access to the balcony (with furniture provided) is through a door from the lounge also.

Kitchen has electric cooker and 4-ring hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. Washing and drying facilities are available in the shared laundry area.

Note that this property is a mirror image of Montbretia (property number 346) so please check that availability if Seathrift is already booked for your required dates.

Outside is car parking for 1 vehicle (extra free parking is available approx 400m away). There is also a shared patio area behind the property and immediate access to the South West Coastal Path. Bed linen, heating and towels are included in the rental. This property will accept one dog at £25 per week by prior arrangement. Regret no smoking. Electricity by £1 coin meter.
