Entered into the hallway the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob with extractor over, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and dining table and chairs for four people. Through to the utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and also has a door to the garden.
The lounge has comfortable seating for four people, LCD TV with Freeview, VHS and DVD player and French doors to the patio. There is also a second lounge at the end of the hallway, with a further three piece suite, widescreen TV, VHS and DVD player and assorted board games etc. Finally on the ground floor is the main bathroom, being fully tiled with bath, matching toilet and handbasin, separate shower cubicle and a heated towel rail.
Upstairs are the bedrooms, both of which have their own en suite, fully tiled shower rooms with shower cubicle, toilet and matching handbasin. Bedroom one has a king-size 5' bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom two is a twin room with two, 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe. Both rooms enjoy rural views towards Mullion Cove.
Outside is off-road parking for two vehicles, a large patio area and a lawned garden (not enclosed). Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, towels and central heating.
One well behaved pet is welcome at £25 per week.
