The kitchen is well-equipped with electric cooker and 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge with ice making compartment and microwave.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a built-in wardrobe. The tiled shower room has shower cubicle with electric shower, matching toilet and hand basin with shaver point over.

There is off-road parking immediately to the front of the property. Rental includes bed linen, electricity and towels. Regret no pets and no smoking.
