Bedroom one has double 4'6" bed, bedside tables and lamps, double combi wardrobe with drawers under and fantastic sea and coastal views of Housel Bay. Bedroom two is the same size and similarly equipped, including the breathtaking views. Bedroom three has twin 3' single beds, bedside table and lamp, drawer unit and hanging rail.

Family bathroom has heated towel rail, bath, separate shower cubicle with electric shower, matching toilet and handbasin with light over. Dining room has large pine table and chairs for six, leaded glass display cabinet and real flame effect electric fire. Off the dining room is the well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric double oven and 4-ring hob and washing machine. From the kitchen there is a back door to the rear garden.

Upstairs (mind your head, especially coming down) is the large lounge. With two, two-seater sofas and two armchairs, large screen TV, DVD player and Play Station 2 (some games provided) Radio/CD player and real flame effect electric fire. At the other end of the room is a table and chairs, ideal for playing games or cards.

Outside is a small lawned area and patio with garden furniture provided. Heating throughout is by electric storage radiator. Off-road parking is available for two/three cars. Regret no smoking and no pets.
