Very spacious lounge with sea and coastal views, comfy seating for four people, wide-screen TV with DVD player. French windows open to patio with garden furniture provided.
Very large shower room has walk-in shower, matching toilet and handbasin with shaver mirror over. The level and spacious nature of this property together with the walk-in shower also make 'Kilcobben' suitable for people with limited mobility.

Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating and electricity. Off-road parking available for one or two cars. This property will accept one dog by prior arrangement at £25 per week. Regret no smoking.
