'Clipper Cottage' is a very nicely presented, two bedroom cottage in the centre of Mullion village. With its proximity to the coast, off-road parking for one car and excellent access to all village amenities, it makes the ideal place to stay for a couple or small family.

Entered from the side door into the kitchen/diner, being well-equipped with electric cooker with 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Through into the spacious lounge with two, two-seater sofas and an extra armchair, coffee table and LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the utility room. Bedroom one has double bed, bedside tables and lamps, drawer unit and wardrobe. Bedroom two has twin beds, bedside lamps and wardrobe with drawers. Bathroom has matching toilet, handbasin and bath with electric shower over. Utility room houses the washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

Outside to the front is a small enclosed yard with gate (garden furniture and BBQ provided in shed). To the side is the parking space.
Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, central heating, towels and cot and highchair if required. Stair gates also provided.
Regret no pets and no smoking.
