'Surf House' is a very well appointed, semi-detached house on Claremont Terrace, overlooking Porthleven harbour, Cornwall, the famous clock tower and with views out along the beach and coast all the way to Lizard Point. A short walk will take you to the picturesque harbour where fresh fish can still be bought straight from the boat. There are several bistros and restaurants to choose from and the famous Ship Inn is just a five minute walk from the front door.
Entered into the hallway with coat-hanging space and stairs off to first floor bedrooms. Lounge/Diner is a large open-plan room with stunning views from the bay window (see pictures). With two large sofas, TV, SKY (Basic Package), DVD & Video recorder. There is an ornamental open fire place. The dining area has a large wooden table with seating for up to six people. Kitchen is very well-equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, built-in electric oven with eye-level grill, further in the utility room is the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Sliding doors give access to the rear patio with table and seating for four.
Upstairs is the family bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bath (with shower attachment), basin, and matching toilet. Off the landing is also an extra toilet. Twin room has two, 3' single beds, bedside table and lamp, double wardrobe and large chest of drawers. Double room has 5' king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. At the foot of the bed, in front of the bay window is a sofa from which to enjoy the spectacular views down the coast. There is a third room upstairs, suitable for a cot or to be used as storage or playroom.
On-road parking is available immediately outside.
Rental includes bedlinen, towels, central heating and electricity.
