ituated in a wonderful rural location, up above Porthallow Cove on the Lizard Peninsula, Cornwall, marking the half way point of the south-west Coastal Footpath. With sea views from the lounge area and garden down the valley out over Falmouth Bay to Pendennis Castle and St Mawes in the distance, Stable Cottage is only a ten minute walk from the pebble beach and the renowned Five Pilchards Inn (seasonal opening Easter to October).

Being a recently finished luxury barn conversion, nearly all fixtures, fittings and furnishings are new. Adjacent parking gives level (disabled friendly) access through the wide kitchen door into the open-plan living area which is tiled throughout. The kitchen is very well-equipped with fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with 4-ring hob and extractor over. A dining table and four chairs still leave plenty of room and a feeling of light and space is gained from the many windows and the high ceiling.

The bedroom has a 5' king-size bed with choice of summer or winter weight duvet. Bedside tables and lamps, separate chest of drawers and walk-in wardrobe. Double doors lead from the bedroom to the side patio area.

The modern bathroom is well designed, being half tiled with matching bath, handbasin, toilet and separate shower cubicle with powerful mixer shower.

The lounge is spacious with two, two-seater sofas, large 32'' LCD TV with DVD player and Sky+ system, (basic package, optional upgrade to Sports/Movies), flame effect electric fire, telephone with free anytime landline calls to the UK and 20 other countries worldwide and free WiFi broadband hotspot. Again well lit, with windows and double doors onto the patio area.

Outside you have a patio with garden furniture provided and a raised lawn area from where the best views of the bay can be found. The cottage is conveniently placed for two public footpaths that pass close by.

Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, towels, and full underfloor central heating for winter lets.

On site but detached are the owners and one other single bedroom holiday let.
