There is no light pollution or traffic noise, so this property would particularly appeal to anybody seeking total peace and tranquillity. Lamorna Cove is only a ten minute walk away and Mousehole is only 1.5 miles (30 minute walk) along the coastal footpath which runs close to the property. The rocky little cove at Lamorna has a small quay which is still used for fishing in a small way. Newlyn and Penzance are three and four miles away where you can find all amenities.

Bedroom two has sea views, double bed, bedside tables and lamps. The third bedroom with sea views has a single bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Main bathroom has sea views a white suite with free-standing bath with mixer tap and hand held shower attachment, handbasin and low level toilet.

The property is set in its own grounds with enclosed garden and parking for up to three cars.
