Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with off-road parking for two cars and spectacular cliff top walks just minutes away, Tol Peg is a quality 'home from home' location from which to enjoy the Lizard Peninsula.

A small porch has space for boots etc and leads into the bright dual aspect lounge/diner. With one two-seater and one three-seater sofas, coffee table, widescreen TV, DVD & VHS combi unit and SKY (basic package). CD/Radio/Cassette micro system and real flame gas fire. At the far end is the dining area with table and chairs for four people, French dresser and doors out to the patio.

The well equipped kitchen has electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and large USA style fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker.

Ground floor en suite twin bedroom with two, 3' beds, bedside tables and lamps, fitted cupboards and wardrobes and dressing table. En suite shower room has mixer shower with matching toilet and handbasin.

First floor bedroom has king-size double bed, bedside tables and lamps, matching pine wardrobes, drawers and dressing table. Main bathroom also on the first floor has bath with electric shower over, matching toilet and sink and heated towel rail.

Rental includes bed linen, towels, electricity and central heating. Regret no dogs and no smoking. Children must be supervised in the garden because of the shallow stream.
