'Pepper Cottage' is a delightful and spacious newly built detached dormer style property finished to a very high standard. It is situated in an excellent location only 100 mtrs from Mullion village with all the facilities and within walking distance of the beaches. Good size garden with patio area and garden furniture. This is an ideal home from which to explore the lovely Lizard Peninsula.

Enter the property into a small porch leading into the large lounge which is comfortably furnished for six persons and has TV with Freeview and DVD player. Leading on from the lounge is the fully fitted kitchen/diner, the kitchen is very well-equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area has a large table and chairs, from here there are French doors leading out onto the patio area with garden furniture and a large lawned garden (not enclosed). Also on the ground floor is a separate sitting room with settee, small pool table, TV and PlayStation2 (ideal for the children). Bedroom one on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and dressing table. The adjacent bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, both with twin beds, bedside table and lamp, one having wardrobe and chest of drawers and the other with chest of drawers. Shower room with double size shower, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail. There are wooden floors throughout the property with the exception of the tiled kitchen and bathrooms.

The rental includes bedlinen, towels, cot, highchair, central heating and electricity.
There is parking for up to two cars and wheelchair access to the property.
