Bathroom has ceramic floor and ¾ tiled walls, with toilet, handbasin with shaver light over, bath with electric shower over, heated towel rail and wall mounted electric heater.

Double bedroom has 4'6" double bed with bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe, and chair. Single bedroom has 3' single bed, bedside table and lamp and a double wardrobe. Quality linen and towels are provided.

Outside are communal gardens, and a bench is provided for guests to enjoy the sunshine. Property has its own off-road parking space a few steps from the door. Heating is by storage radiators. Rental includes bedlinen, towels, electricity and heating. Regret no pets and no smoking.
