288 - Lower Redenek - Mullion

'Lower Redenek' is a detached four bedroom (three en suite) dormer house in a very large plot, just 100 metres from the village centre at Mullion. With its huge lawn area, easy parking and proximity to beaches, shops and pubs it makes an ideal family holiday location.

Ground Floor: Lounge with comfy seating for eight people, TV, DVD, VCR and Freeview, open fire (only available end October - end March with first basket of logs supplied). Bedroom one with stripped floorboards, king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe, extra drawers and a chair. En suite shower room - shower cubicle, handbasin and toilet and heated towel rail. Family bathroom with electric shower over bath, matching toilet and handbasin with light and shaver point, heated towel rail. Bedroom two with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chair, double wardrobe and drawers. Fitted Kitchen with stripped wooden floor, breakfast table, electric cooker with oven, grill and 4-ring hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room, housing the boiler, with door to back garden, places for boots and coats, extra fridge, washing machine and 'Belfast' sink.

Upstairs there are two large double size bedrooms with far reaching rural views. One has a king-size bed and the other twin 3' singles. Both bedrooms have en suite facilities, one with a bath, the other a shower, both have toilets, handbasins, electric shaver points and heated towel rails. Because of the apex of the roof, headroom in parts of these rooms is restricted, particularly the bathrooms.

Outside is an extensive garden laid mostly to lawn, this can be enclosed by shutting the gate across the driveway. Garden games are available.

Rental includes central heating, electricity, towels and your first basket of logs (only available end October - end March, further supplies available locally) No smoking inside the property please.

Lower Redenek, Mullion on 19 / 10 / 2008		Upstairs this property is new and in lovely condition but downstairs needs some TLC. Also ,not enough easy chairs for number of people staying. Why not get rid of dining table and just use kitchen table-who needs a dining room on holiday?!
