'Trelowarth' offers very nicely appointed bungalow accommodation in the leafy hamlet of Polladras, just three miles from the bustling harbour town of Porthleven or the golden beach of Praa Sands. With off-road parking and large private garden and patio it offers a real 'get away from it all' feel, but with all the conveniences and attractions a short car journey away.

Entered into the newly fitted kitchen with built-in electric oven and eye level grill, ceramic 4-ring hob with extractor over, microwave and fridge. (Washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer are housed in the utility room just across the yard). The other rooms are located off the hallway that runs the length of the property to the back door and entrance to the private garden.

Bathroom is half tiled with matching bath, sink (with vanity unit) and toilet. A separate shower cubicle has a powerful 'Mira Sport' electric shower. Bedroom has a double bed with bedside shelving and lights, TV, dressing table, chair, chest of drawers and single wardrobe. The bedroom is large and would easily accept a cot if that was required.

The lounge is off the bedroom (to take advantage of the bright dual aspect and garden views) with sofa, armchair, dining table, TV/Video combi unit, Digi box, DVD and CD player. A selection of DVDs, videos and books are provided. The garden is very large, laid mainly to lawn with borders of mature shrubs and trees. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided.

Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, central heating and towels. The owner is on site if required. This property accepts one dog by prior arrangement. No smoking requested at this property.
