A brand new cottage built on a very large plot in the peaceful village of Cury. Just one mile from the excellent sandy beach at Poldhu Cove and two miles from the pretty village of Mullion, with its shops, pubs and restaurants. A very large lawned area, patio with picnic bench and far-reaching rural views from every window.

Large driveway and garage parking if you require lead you to the property which is entered into the hallway. The ground floor has wooden floors throughout which complements the furniture and adds character to this new cottage. Lounge has comfy seating for six people, double doors open onto the back patio and lawn, coffee table and furniture all from natural wood, wide-screen TV with freeview and DVD player, electric 'real flame' stove (remote control!). Kitchen is modern style and fully equipped - fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker with 4-ring hob and extractor over. At the other end of the kitchen is a large dining table with six chairs and double doors leading to the patio and rear garden. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and handbasin and an understairs cupboard.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom one is a large double room with 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and lovely rural views to the rear. Off the bedroom is a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room with hanging space and shelving. Also en suite to the bedroom is a shower room with toilet, handbasin, heated towel rail and shower cubicle with electric shower. Bedroom two has 4'6" double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large built-in wardrobe and shelving, far-reaching rural views. Bedroom three has a twin room with 3' single beds, bedside table and lamps, large built-in wardrobe and shelving. Family Bathroom with toilet, handbasin, bath with shower over, heated towel rail.

Bedlinen, electricity and central heating are included in the rental. No smoking inside the property please and regret, no pets.

Mrs Wilkinson, Nth Lincs on 23 / 04 / 2008		We had a lovely week in this beautiful house in Sept 07. The garden is enormous. The house has everything you could wish for. The only drawback was no pub within walking distance!!
