'Rosemullion House' is a large detached property with four bedrooms. Situated within easy walking distance of Polurrian Cove a lovely sandy beach, Mullion village and Mullion Cove. On from the dining room is the oak fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and two chairs, split-level cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is a washing machine in the utility room and a tumble dryer and fridge/freezer in the double garage. The downstairs shower room is just off the utility room and has shower cubicle with electric shower, handbasin and toilet. Upstairs are the four bedrooms.
