'Bryher' is situated on the small Trevelyan Holiday Homes site on the edge of Predannack Downs, set well back from the main Helston to Lizard road. An ideal base for exploring the whole of The Lizard Peninsula and South West Cornwall. The fishing villages of Cadgwith Cove and Mullion Cove are a short drive away and the sandy beaches at Kennack and Kynance just five minutes in the car. Also, Lizard village with shops, restaurant and pub is two miles from 'Bryher' and the most Southerly point a further half a mile.

Entered into the lounge with kitchen and bedroom off. Lounge has three-seater settee, TV/ Video, DVD player, combi unit, storage unit and dining table with chairs for two people. The small kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric double oven with 4-ring hob, CD/Radio/Cassette player.

Bedroom has 4'6" bed with mirror, shelving and window to large grassed area. Bathroom has reduced size bath, handbasin and separate toilet. Garden furniture is included, with a BBQ. Badminton, volleyball, football and swingball are all available on site free of charge.

Free parking is allocated immediately in front of the apartment. Rental includes bedlinen. Heating by electric panel and convector heaters. Electricity by £1 coin meter.
