226 - Halzephron - Mullion
Halzephron is one of a group of barn conversions, set around a communal courtyard and also having its own small private garden area. The property boasts the best of both worlds as it is only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and pubs in Mullion village, and has a public footpath just yards from the property with several beaches in walking distance. Having been recently refurbished to a modern style, all of the décor and furnishings in Halzephron are new.
Entered from the sunny gravelled patio into the Lounge having very comfortable seating, TV with freeview,Video recorder and DVD player (selection of videos/dvds provided and a CD/radio is available). The Kitchen is new and fully fitted with stainless steel circular sink and drainer, oven and hob, microwave, coffeemaker and fridge.
The small internal hall from the lounge leads to both the bathroom and the bedroom. Bathroom is also newly fitted with matching suite, electric shower over the bath, heated towel rail, extractor fan and wood laminate flooring. The Bedroom has 4'6" double bed with bedside tables and lamps, two chests of drawers and hanging space. There is a window looking out to the attractive courtyard.
Outside a garden bench and table are provided for guests to enjoy the sunshine. Property has its own off-road parking space a few steps from the door. Heating is by storage radiators in the kitchen and lounge, and wall-mounted convector heater in the bedroom.
Rental includes bedlinen, electricity and heating. One dog accepted by prior arrangement. No smoking.
Out of season discounts apply to this property. Between 1st November and 31st March a 25% reduction will be made for each booking.

My wife and i have had the pleasure of staying at Halzaphron in the past. We found it to be very quiet and very private and handy for all the local amenities. The residents in mullion make you feel very welcome and good fish and chips and a nice curry as well to be had. A very comfortable and value for money property. So much so that we will be staying there again ourselves in july 08. Does it show that we are looking forward to it? |
