South View is a static mobile home, set in its own private enclosed garden down an unmade lane half way between Poldhu and Polurrian Coves. With stunning sea and coastal views and less than ten minutes walk down the footpath to the glorious sandy beaches.

Entered into the galley kitchen with gas cooker and hob, microwave and fridge (with ice making compartment) and sea views from the window, to your right is the large lounge/diner. With bench seating, stunning sea and coastal views from the large picture windows; TV, Video, DVD, Radio/CD player, and a gas fire are provided along with a dining table to seat four comfortably.

The shower room has a matching two-piece suite and shower cubicle with a deep shower tray and seat, (suitable for bathing a child). The double bedroom has 4'6" double bed, built-in wardrobe and drawer space, bedside tables and lamps, sea and coastal views. The twin room is suitable for children only, with twin 2' beds (which can be converted into a single bed for an adult), built-in wardrobe, bedside table with lamp over.

Outside is a private, enclosed garden and a raised decking area ideal for gazing at the glorious view. A gas BBQ is available for your use.

Heating is by gas fire in the lounge and panel heater in the double bedroom. Electricity, gas and bedlinen all included in the rent.
A dog is accepted by prior arrangement.

keith & hanna, wirral on 01 / 09 / 2008		A well laid out and equipped caravan in a spectacular location, the views (weather permitting) were fantastic. Very handy for Poldhu beach which could be reached by a 5 minute walk along the cliff top footpath, avoiding walking along the busy road. Roy and Mary were excellent hosts, the welcome treat was most appreciated, thank you. We liked it so much that we've already booked next year's holiday!
