A half mile walk will take you to the coastal footpath and Lizard Point with the very popular sandy beach of Kynance Cove a mile away by foot or just a few minutes by car.
Entrance hall with beamed ceiling and ceramic floor leading to the cosy lounge with large inglenook fireplace and log burner, still with the original bread oven. Beamed ceiling, stripped wood flooring and part exposed local stone walls, furnished with two sofas, easy chair TV/Video, DVD player and Hi-fi. Lots of interesting books and DVDs are provided.
Dining Room also with stripped wood flooring, beamed ceiling, dining table and chairs.
Kitchen with ceramic tiled floor, well-equipped including electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Stairs to good sized landing with three bedrooms and shower room.
All bedrooms have beamed ceilings and stripped wood floor. The master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and radiator. Door to en suite shower room with double size shower cubicle, toilet and handbasin. Main bathroom with shower cubicle and electric shower, vanity unit and toilet.
