There is a utility room at the rear of the owner's garage for guests use, with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Drying line provided. Dining room (overlooking garden and with restricted sea views) with pine table and chairs, chest of drawers, cupboard and bookshelves. The bedroom (similar views to dining room) with double bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, dressing table, portable colour TV and clock radio.
