Approximately four miles from the popular village of Mullion, five miles from the market town of Helston and eight miles to the most southerly point of England - Lizard Point.
Approached via a long drive with parking for three cars next to the cottage. All rooms at the front of the cottage have views down and across the front garden and the kitchen looks out onto the enclosed rear garden.
Entered through the small porch with slate floor to the hall/dining room with the original beamed ceiling, inglenook fireplace, deep window seat, dining table and chairs. The lounge, again with the original beamed ceiling, is comfortably furnished with three-piece suite, easy chair, coffee table, colour TV with freeview, Video, DVD and mini hi-fi system. The spacious fully fitted kitchen with flagged slate floor includes built-in cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a pine table and stools in the kitchen. Door off kitchen to rear hall with access to the garden and bathroom. The ground floor bathroom has a mixer shower over the bath, vanity unit and toilet. Stairs off dining room to the landing and three bedrooms plus a shower room. The bedrooms are two double rooms and a bunk bedroom with 3' pine bunk beds. The shower room has a shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet and vanity unit. The front garden path wanders amongst the trees and has access to the paddock. The enclosed rear garden includes garden furniture and a rotary drying line.
Oil fired central heating. The gardens and paddock, which extends to about ¾ acre, are all private and secluded. Lovely location for a real getaway holiday. Rental includes electricity, central heating and bedlinen. One dog accepted by prior arrangement.
