Open tread polished wood staircase (stair gates provided) leads to the open-plan living area with exposed stone walls and pine panelled ceiling. The sitting area is comfortably furnished with settee and easy chairs, colour TV with basic SKY package included, DVD, video and CD player, Wireless internet and the dining area has pine table and chairs.
Fully fitted kitchen with built-in electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Off-road parking for one car. Gated entrance to small garden (BBQ provided) to the side of the property. Central heating, electricity and bedlinen included in the rental. No smoking requested at this property

Frank and Lesley Plater on 15 / 04 / 2008		We will be paying our 7th visit to the Winch House this year and I think this speaks for itself. It is the most relaxing holiday you could possibly wish for. The accommodation is superb and the views are breathtaking. Saw basking shark in the bay last year. Brilliant!
