Located 300 metres off the road with approximately half a mile walk to the coast, with the sandy beach of Church Cove only two miles away. Restaurant/bar half a mile, the market town of Helston five miles and Mullion village four miles.

Entered via the porch with doors to the lounge/dining room and kitchen. The lounge/dining room with beamed ceiling, dining table and chairs, four easy chairs, colour TV, DVD and video, night storage heater and electric fire. The kitchen also with beamed ceiling includes electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and night storage heater.

Bedroom one with double bed and pine furniture. Bedroom two has 3' full size bunk beds. Electric heaters in both bedrooms. Bathroom with electric shower over the bath, toilet, handbasin and wall heater.

Small front garden with picnic table and gated terrace area. Electricity and bedlinen included in the rental. Stair gate available. Off-road parking for two cars by the cottage. This property accepts one dog by prior arrangement.
