Data Collection Policy
We only collect the information from you necessary to process your booking, brochure or payment, no additional information is gathered or stored. We only use "cookies" where absolutely required, and they are destroyed once you logout or finish making your booking. All booking related data is encrypted and stored directly within our database, any payment details which you may submit to us are removed from our online systems once they have been processed. We know of no instance where data has been "stolen" from our site, we employ many countermeasures to avoid this from happening, however no online data on any site can be 100% secure, therefore as a precaution any sensitive information which we may store temporarily online is deleted once we have finished processing it. Any information submitted by you to us is used only internally (within "The Agency"), under no circumstance is data shared with a 3rd party.

Security - SSL3 Secure Connection
When taking potentially sensitive information from you, we employ a 128bit SSL3 encryption which secures the transaction from being able to be "snooped" upon. This secure connection is enabled automatically when you enter an area of the site which may deal with sensitive information, and disabled automatically when you click away to a non-sensitive area of the site. When this secure connection is activated, you should see the tell-tale sign of a "Padlock" icon in your web browsers status bar.
